Who we are

A small practice by design.

Back to Life Mental Health is an independent psychiatric practice focused on personal communication, thoughtful care, and making the treatment process easier to navigate.

Psychiatric provider

Logan Carton, PMHNP-BC

Arizona License #275518 · DEA Registered Prescriber

“I absolutely love working hand-in-hand with my clients to understand the root of their struggles and find a way forward that leads to healing.”

Logan Carton is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience and a belief that great psychiatric care is about more than prescriptions. Care focuses on understanding the whole person and building a treatment plan around real life rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.

Medication management may be combined with evidence-based therapeutic strategies and education to help patients understand both their symptoms and their treatment options.

What matters here

Personal care should still feel personal.

Healthcare can become transactional when the system gets too large. Back to Life Mental Health is intentionally structured around direct communication, individualized decisions, and a comfortable patient experience.

01

Listen first

Symptoms make more sense when they are understood in the context of the person experiencing them.

02

Explain the why

Treatment works better when patients understand the reasoning, tradeoffs, and goals behind the plan.

03

Work together

Good care is collaborative. Questions, preferences, previous experiences, and concerns belong in the decision.
